The Trap Tee Panel is a 2¾” tall, mechanically seamed symmetrical Trapezoidal panel built for maximum strength, weathertightness, and long-term performance. Engineered to eliminate the typical weak points of trapezoidal systems—like leaking endlaps, low wind uplift resistance, and difficult repairs—this panel sets a new standard in industrial roofing. Available in 18" or 24" widths, it can be site-formed in continuous lengths up to 250’, eliminating the need for endlaps and drastically reducing leak potential. The seam cap features two beads of factory-applied sealant for a watertight finish, and the symmetrical design allows individual panel replacement—perfect for retrofits or future roof modifications. With a minimum slope of just ¼:12 and the ability to install over open framing or solid deck, the Trap Tee is ideal for large, simple-sloped roofs where reliability matters most.

In addition to its structural advantages, the Trap Tee Panel is backed by rigorous testing, including ASTM E1592 for uplift, ASTM E1680 for air infiltration, and ASTM E1646 for water infiltration—ensuring it performs under pressure. It’s available in durable 24 GA Kynar with optional GA upgrades, and finishes. With FM approval and bi-directional seaming capability, this panel delivers confidence in both performance and install flexibility.
